What is the return policy?
The Company follows a strict no return and no refund policy. No product shall be eligible for return or refund once delivered, except where such refund is mandatorily required under applicable law. Products shall be eligibleonly for exchange, strictly in accordance with this Policy.
Are any purchases final sale?
Where a product is eligible for exchange, the User must initiate the exchange request within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, as recorded by the Company’s logistics partner. Any exchange request initiated after the expiry of the said period shall be automatically rejected without any obligation on the Company to consider the same.
When will I get my order?
